Tony Cozier: Legendary West Indian commentator dies aged 75

Tony Cozier was a familiar and respected voice around the world mostly known as the voice of West Indies cricket.

Born in Bridgetown Barbados in 1940, he began his career on Australia’s 1965 tour of the Caribbean and was awarded life membership of the Melbourne Cricket Club for services to the sport in 2011.

The Barbadian will be remembered for his career in TV, radio and journalism spanning 58 years. Cozier died at his home in Barbados.
